CDI Management, Inc. is founded upon the principal of providing the highest level of quality housing and service to all of our residents. We believe that every student should have the opportunity to live in housing that is beautifully appointed, safe, clean, and well located. CDI Management, Inc. is a family owned company whose owners are directly involved. The safety of every student is our number one priority and we monitor tenant behavior very closely. My children also had the fortune of attending USC, and as an owner, I believe that the quality of accommodations that I would provide for my own children should be just as good for yours. Our maintenance and service is unparalleled amongst housing providers. Our in-house team visits each property daily and every maintenance request is taken care of the same day and most often within the hour.

Safety is our #1 Priority
We understand that safety is a priority for everyone. At CDI Management we strive to maintain a high level of safety to keep our tenant’s (and parent’s) minds at ease. All of our buildings are within the USC Department of Public Safety patrolled area. Each building is gated and either an entry key or a garage clicker is needed to access property grounds.
All of CDI Management’s properties are located just a few blocks from USC (on the north side), allowing your student to walk or ride their bike to campus or The Row in just minutes. If your student isn’t up for a short walk, we encourage them to take advantage of the USC Tram, with pick-up locations conveniently located near each building. Also available for students who work, study or take classes at night is the USC Campus Cruiser, who offer either a walking or vehicle escort back to their apartment

Our Continuing Guarantee form is a standard part of our Lease Agreement. A guarantor is a person, usually a parent or guardian, who agrees to back up the tenant’s commitment to pay rent. If the rent was late or if any problems were ever to arise, the guarantor could be held legally responsible. We require all our tenants to have a guarantor.
